I got the opportunity to redesign the Parsons alumni magazine, Regarding Design, to be in keeping with the school’s new brand. In addition to a photographic and typographic overhaul, I focused on creating strong horizontal through lines to move the reader through the magazine and made clear visual distinctions between feature articles and departments. As I was limited to one typeface family, making the features stand out was a priority. I also got to collaborate with the delightful Martin Seck on the cover, creating a “universe with three suns.”
